About Diederik and his passion for 3D printing
Kia ora! I'm Diederik, a 12-year-old living with my whānau in Pukekohe, New Zealand. My days are usually filled with playing PlayStation, hitting the rugby field, or getting creative with art. What truly excites me, though, is bringing my ideas to life. I’ve always dreamed of making my own toys, and with my 3D printer, that dream has become a reality and so much more!
What Diederik loves to create
I love designing and printing all sorts of awesome things! My favourite creations include toys to share with my mates, cool fidgets, epic swords, and handy figurines to hold my other toys and remotes. Each piece is crafted with care, and I love seeing them come to life layer by layer. What makes my creations special is that they come from my imagination, built for fun and function.
The joy of sharing
My biggest hope is that when people see or use my 3D printed objects, they'll feel the same joy and excitement I do when I watch something I've created come to life through the printer. It’s an amazing feeling to turn an idea into a real object, and I want to share that magic with everyone. Each piece I make is meant to bring a little bit of that wonder into your day.
