Delivery times you can expect
Once you've ordered one of Diederik's amazing 3D printed objects, we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible. Using standard shipping through NZ Post, your order could arrive within approximately 7 days. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!
What if something isn't right?
We want you to be completely happy with your order from Forged in Filament. If an item arrives broken or if you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. We offer a full credit for any items that arrive damaged, ensuring your peace of mind.
Shipping options and costs
We partner with NZ Post to offer reliable shipping options for your orders. Choose the delivery speed that suits you best:
- Economy (Standard): Costs $5.60 – $14.20. Delivery is typically within 3 working days to your letterbox, with tracking included.
- Courier (Fastest): Costs $7.60 – $16.20. Enjoy next-working-day delivery right to your door, with tracking included.
Please note these additional charges:
- Rural Delivery Surcharge: An extra +$6.00 applies to rural addresses for domestic parcel services.
- Signature on Delivery: Available as an add-on for an extra +$3.00 if you require it.
